Level 1 — Automated Flows — £250/month We build and manage your three core automated flows: welcome email, abandoned cart sequence, and post-purchase sequence. These cover the highest-value moments in your customer journey and between them recover the sales most stores are quietly losing every day. We handle the setup, the copy, the segmentation, and the ongoing optimisation. You just watch the results.
Level 2 — Flows Plus Newsletters — £300/month Everything in Level 1, plus two newsletters per month written by our team. We advise on timing, write the copy to match your brand voice, segment the send to the right audience, and review performance after every campaign. You sign off before anything goes out.
Both levels are month to month with no minimum commitment.
One-off onboarding fee: £100. This covers your platform review, setup, and initial flow build. Already a Forty & Co paid ads client? Your onboarding fee is waived.
