What We Offer

We run paid ads for UK product businesses and charge a percentage of the revenue we generate. No flat fee. No retainer. No paying us to underperform. If your ads don't scale, we don't get paid. Simple as that.

For businesses where a percentage model isn't the right fit, we also offer a fixed monthly fee. Either way, you'll always know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.

What's included

We handle everything. You focus on your business. From day one we research and build your audiences, create your ads and manage all targeting. You don't need to brief us on every creative; that's our job, and we're good at it.

Every week you'll receive an automated results report so you always know where your money is going and what it's returning. No chasing us for updates. No wondering if it's working. It lands in your inbox. Monthly, we'll review the full picture together: performance, billing, and what's next.

You'll also have direct access to our team via a dedicated Slack channel. Not a ticket system. Not a contact form. Real people who know your account.

And as your marketing grows, you can add on additional services — web development, content, copy — so nothing holds your results back. A poorly optimised website doesn't have to stay that way.

How it works

Percentage of revenue We charge 10% of the revenue your ads generate. That means our fee scales as your results do. When you win, we win.

There's a one-off onboarding fee. £200 for one platform, £300 for two, which covers your account setup, research and build.

Fixed monthly fee
Prefer a predictable monthly cost? Fixed fee management starts from £100 per month. We'll agree the right package for your business before we start.

Who this is for?

We work with a small number of businesses at any one time, and we're selective about who we take on. This is because we care about results, and results require the right conditions.

The businesses we do our best work with are run by people who are passionate about what they've built, have strong social media foundations and are ready to work collaboratively with a team of experts. They trust the process, respect the data and understand that great marketing is a two-way street.

We also need to believe in what you're selling. Values matter to us — we're representing your brand, and it needs to align with ours. We don't work with businesses whose values conflict with our own.

FAQs

  • We can run paid ads on any platform. We tend to work with Meta and Google the most for most businesses. Meta covers Instagram and Facebook.

  • We charge a % of revenue or a fixed fee. It will be discussed during our assessment period which is more suitable for you.

    For 10% of revenue clients
    On the 1st of every month, we send you an invoice billed at 10% of the sales we made on your ads in the previous month. If we don’t sell we don’t get paid.

    For fixed fee clients
    Fee is payable at the start of your month, this starts at the end of the onboarding process, the recurs monthly on that date. Therefore delays in onboarding do not eat into ads time.

  • We can extract recent posts on Meta and use this content, or we have a shared drive where you can dump media - either your own or one of ours.

  • We work to 4x return. This means if you spend £100 on ads, we try to sell £400 of your products. This is called ROAS.

  • Yes we can do these. It’s an excellent way to get people in, to buy later on down the line.

  • You need to be able to spend at least £300 on ads per month, usually. Once optimised this should result in £1200 of sales. We don’t do a minimum term contract and ask for 30 days notice for cancellation.
