These terms apply to your use of our website and to any audit you buy through it. By using our website or buying an audit, you agree to these terms. If we go on to provide ongoing services, those are covered by our separate Terms of Business, which we'll send you with your quote.
Our audits and services are for businesses only. By buying from us, you confirm you're acting for the purposes of your business, not as a consumer.
- The information on our website is for general guidance only. It isn't professional advice for your specific business.
- We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it is.
- You must not misuse our website, including by introducing viruses or trying to gain unauthorised access to it.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, frameworks and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
A review of the channel or channels you've booked, a recorded video walkthrough, a one-page summary of your key opportunities, and a recommended next step.
£295 for one channel, plus £150 for each additional channel booked at the same time. Payable in full when you book.
We'll deliver your audit within 5 working days of access being in place.
You'll need to give us access to the accounts being audited. We won't make any changes to your accounts during the audit. You can remove our access once you've received your audit.
The full audit fee is credited against your first month if you start working with us within 30 days of receiving your audit.
6.6 Refunds
If we can't complete your audit because access isn't provided within 30 days of booking, we'll refund your fee in full. Once your audit has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
6.7 Confidentiality
Everything we see in your accounts is kept confidential and used only to prepare your audit.
6.8 No guarantees
Your audit sets out our professional recommendations. Results depend on how they're put into practice and on factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee any particular outcome.
6.9 Your recommendations
The recommendations in your audit are yours to use, whether or not you go on to work with us. Our frameworks, methods and templates remain ours.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data.
- Our total liability to you in connection with an audit is limited to the fee you paid for it.
Our website may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy an audit is the one that applies to your purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
