- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number, when you fill in our application form, book a call, email us or message us.
- Business information you share in your application, such as your website, revenue range, ad spend and goals.
- Payment details when you buy an audit or pay an invoice. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Information about how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
- If you become a client, information we access while providing our services, such as data in your advertising, email and analytics accounts.
- To respond to your enquiry or application, and decide whether we're the right fit (legitimate interests).
- To provide audits and services you've bought from us, and to manage our relationship with you (contract).
- To send invoices, take payments and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).
- To improve our website and services (legitimate interests).
- To send you marketing emails, only where you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as:
- Stripe and Invoice Ninja (payments and invoicing)
- ClickUp (applications, project management and client records)
- Slack and Google Workspace (communication and file storage)
- Framer (website hosting)
- AI tools we use to support our work, under human review
- Our team members and subcontractors working on your account, who are bound by confidentiality
We never sell your personal data. We may also share information where required by law.
Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved contract terms.
- Applications and enquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months.
- Client and financial records: 6 years after our work together ends, to meet tax and legal requirements.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work properly. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics, from Google, to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, to record when someone signs up to one of our services, and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. Neither loads unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, they do not load. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies and site data for our website in your browser, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- object to or restrict how we use your data
- withdraw your consent at any time
- receive your data in a portable format

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
